Introduction to Fitness
Hello everyone! I am really excited about this section of my blog where I will detail my workouts for the week and review any races I complete. Thus far I have completed four full marathons (LA Marathon, Long Beach Marathon, Nike Women's Marathon, and the OC Marathon) as well as seven half marathons. I have also completed multiple 15Ks, 10Ks, and 5Ks. While I know that training for marathons while in medical school will prove difficult, at this stage in my life I more interested in maintaining overall fitness throughout my medical career. I am hoping that by sharing my workouts I will not only hold myself accountable for staying active, but I also hope I will inspire others to be active as well!
