Two Weeks Until Santa Monica Classic!

I am just less than two weeks out from the Santa Monica Classic 10k! My last couple of weeks of workouts looked like this:

Wednesday-rest

Thursday-1.3 mile walk + NTC Workout

Friday-3.1 mile run

Saturday-Rest

Sunday-4.65 mile run

Monday-3 mile run

Tuesday-Rest

Wednesday-Walks

Thursday-3.72 mile run

Friday-Rest

Saturday-5.24 mile run

Sunday-1 mile walk

I am excited for a strong two more weeks of workouts which will hopefully lead to another strong 10K race! Wish me luck!
